Explore the Sea of Cortez from La Ventana with local captains who know these waters like the back of their hand. During the expedition, we'll combine sailing, snorkeling, and stops at secluded beaches on Cerralvo Island, always following the natural rhythms of the sea and respecting the wildlife. Itinerary of our most recommended trip

Day 1 – Marine Safari

Departure at 8:00 am from the Ensenada de Muertos pier in a panga with a local captain. Navigate the Cerralvo Channel in search of mobula rays, dolphins, and turtles. Snorkeling when conditions permit and lunch on a secluded beach on Cerralvo Island. Approximate return at 2:00 pm.

Day 2 – Marine Exploration

Early morning departure from La Ventana to continue exploring the Sea of Cortez based on the day's sightings. In the afternoon, a hike through the coastal desert and its secluded beaches.

Day 3 – Marine Safari and Local Community
Sailing on the Sea of Cortez in search of marine life. In the afternoon, visit a women artisans' cooperative and participate in a net-weaving workshop with a local fisherman. Traditional dinner at a family home.

Day 4 – Expedition ends
At 7:00 am, the last day of your safari, you'll learn more about the local culture and its diverse arts. Activities at sea conclude at 12:00 pm. The experience ends with a meal prepared locally and traditionally, featuring the catch of the day, by members of the community.
